test deployment is on anvil

1.  use remote desktop to login as rich on anvil
2. need richdatepicker? in c:\rovctd\test.aspx
3. need ant and java installed and in path etc
4. on mando, open dos cmd window,
   1.  cd to c:\iag\projects\RovctdPlots
   2. type ant run.1  (runs the run.1 target in the build.xml file)
      1. console text says its hitting http://anvil:8085/rovctd/servlet/RovctdDataServlet?platform=vnta&raw=0&year=2008&yearday=191&dive=null&domain=epochsecs&r1=p&r2=t&noHTMLHeader=1
